* All employees/contractors/persons utilising the clinic must not, during or after the term of their employment (except for the purposes of providing the Services) divulge or communicate any confidential information to any person for any purpose other than those of completing relevant services for Mind Cookie Psychology or a Client. * All employees/contractors/persons utilising the clinic will take all steps reasonably required by Mind Cookie Psychology or a Client to ensure that confidential information is kept confidential. * All employees/ contractors/persons utilising the clinic will, where possible, take action to avoid accessing sensitive and confidential information pertaining to clients, other staff, contractors and company information, unless otherwise required in the normal course of completion of workplace duties. * Upon termination of the employment relationship for whatever reason, all employees/contractors/persons utilising the clinic must return, or if requested by Mind Cookie Psychology, destroy, any documents or materials containing confidential information together with any reproduction of those documents or materials on any medium containing or capable of reproducing those documents and materials. All employees/contractors must delete any confidential information stored electronically, after providing a copy of it to Mind Cookie Psychology if requested. * All employees/contractors/persons utilising the clinic acknowledge that Mind Cookie Psychology is the owner of all Intellectual Property created by them in providing the Services. All employees/contractors assign to Mind Cookie Psychology the ownership, including copyright, of everything they create in providing the Services and agree to execute any further documents requested by Mind Cookie Psychology to complete the assignment.
